ABOUT Chris
I was given a passion for restaurants from great grandparents that started a bakery in Chicago through a grandmother who worked in restaurants for most of her life, and educated by my father who was a Chef and a mother who was a front of the house operator.
I’ve worked in some of the most expensive restaurants and some the highest volume in the country. I’ve worked in small independent businesses and I’ve work for the world’s largest food service company.
I’ve found a passion for the organization and operations of restaurants that allow Restauranteurs to share their art on plates and in glasses.
