How it Works

Where we start.

Book a Meeting. We can’t eat the whole elephant in one bite but generally with-in a 30 minute meeting we can get an idea of what the scope of the support is that you need and we can then put together a plan and a proposal to help you accomplish your goals.

Step 2.

We will present you with a quote of the proposed hours we believe the project will take our team. We will explain the steps we will take from this meeting to the completion of the project. Many of our projects involve onsite and remote support but we do have fully remote options for many projects as well. Charges vary based on projects and onsite or remote work.

Salad Course. (Eat your Greens!)

Everyones least favorite part, change, but we have to do it. We start to enact our plan. For most projects there is a setup period for our team to build and customize our tools to support your restaurant. Then we will help implement all proposed changes from documentation, training, setup, and roll-out we offer full life cycle support.

Ongoing Support

After we put the plan in motion and our project starts to wrap up we will schedule a follow-up session to ensure proper adaption. We do offer ongoing support on retainer as well.

Offsite Support

This is typically with Tech Support like onboarding, setup, adjustments or some Operating process related support.

We work to create items based on your lead for things like menu items, cocktails, custom training materials, design and more.
